Registration for A-SSCC 2026 is not yet open. Currently, invitation letter assistance is specifically provided for China Delegates attending the TPC Meeting. For accepted authors and other participants, official invitation letters will be issued following the official opening of registration and completion of payment.

需大會協辦申請入台許可證之與會人員，請備妥下方所有需求文件檔案，E-mail 至大會秘書處 謝沛君小姐 (harp0915@nycu.edu.tw)，以便辦理入台許可證事宜；如未於截止期間前提供相關資料，將會影響來台行程，故請務必確實辦理。

相關資料需以正（繁）體字輸入，英文姓名需與護照或大陸居民往來台灣通行證之英文姓名相同。
下載申請書照片為最近六個月內所拍攝、直 4.5 公分且橫 3.5 公分、脫帽、未戴有色眼鏡、五官清晰、不遮蓋、足資辨識人貌、人像自頭頂至下顎之長度不得小於 3.2 公分及超過 3.6 公分、白色背景之正面半身薄光面紙彩色照片，且不得修改或使用合成照片。若不符合上述規格，主管機關無法受理訪台申請案。
每人一份，需有單位章及出具日期(需兩個月內開立之證明正本)。
備註：現任職單位，除黨、政、軍職外，另具有「人大代表」、「政協委員」及「台辦」身分者，均應據實填寫。
提醒您，經許可核發入台證者，不得變更在台行程，故請確認後告知入境/出境台灣日期及班機航班。
